I came over to giftwrap a box. It took the dude 40 minutes to do that. He was very slow and I could tell he doesnt know what he was doing. The result was way far from normal, let alone perfect. He put huge pieces of tape right over the wrapping paper. He didnt use double sided tape placing pieces of wrinkled tape underneath of the edges which made the present look like it was found in the garbage. I cant express my frustration with the service. As a result I wasted $50 and 40 minutes of my time and got the worst giftwrapping experience one can imagine. It is a convenient location but sadly, lacking in service or care by the staff 4 out of 5 times. As just one of many examples, I bought a mug a few days ago and while I was waiting for the sales associate if I could get the mug (thinking a new one) - a gift, she emerged with the dusty one on the floor display and proceeded to put it in the box. There was another sales associate with her back to the line forming and instead of turning around to take the other register, she could not be bothered.
