Absolutely horrible. Man on Friday mornings verbally abuses you if you don’t tip him. Told me the Fare was $18 when it is only $12, Bc he wanted to pocket it. Last time I checked a tip is only deserved if you’re pleasant/respectful which he isn’t. He snatched my card from my hand so fast gave me a dirty look and told me “I don’t want to see your face here next Friday unless you plan on tipping me” then threw up the middle finger as I was driving off. needs to get fired since me and 12 other colleagues of mine stopped coming here solely because of him being disgusting!!!! I’ll gladly pay triple elsewhere so i never have to experience this...

As of 08/12/25, I have been using this parking garage for the past 2.5 years while attending the nursing school nearby. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff has consistently been negative. They are often unpleasant, disrespectful, and unprofessional, which creates an unwelcoming environment. Their attitude makes me hesitant to continue giving them my business.
