Simply Juicing LLC — Restaurant in New York

I went to this place 45 minutes before I had to go to work. I ordered shrimp and waffles. I was told that it would be a 10 minute wait. Because I was on the phone I didn’t realize that I still haven’t gotten my food. Went to a girl and asked what was going on. She said 10 minutes and now it’s going on and half a She said 10 minutes and now it’s going on 30mins. She said it was coming. She never went to the back to check on my food. But continue to stand and have a conversation with a group of young boys. After waiting 10 more minutes, she then came and said it will be 15 minutes more. By this time, it was time for me to head out to go to work. Never got my food not even an apology wasted a whole 30minutes in this place and got nothing in return will...

First off the staff was rude as hell, well The guy behind the counter. He was upset that I came in and asked for a juice. He stated we don't juice and I asked a recommendation for something else and he said read the menu. There was no other customers in the store and it was clear he didn't want to be there. I thought it was cool having a black owned juice bar in the area but these are reasons people don't support. I will say the inside is very nice tho. This is my go to smoothie place in East Harlem. Diamond and the staff are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel welcomed each time I visit and with each visit the smoothies or juices NEVER disappoint! Don’t hesitate to come, I promise you will become a regular by how good their food and drinks are :)
