A wonderful studio with talented instructors. The staff members are also amazing---friendly, organized, helpful, thoughtful. Prompt, thorough responses and thoughtful follow-up to any questions.
The studio space is on the small side, but you don't need much space for Pilates. And the upside is that there are very few other people around. I've never had more than two other people working out, with one other instructor, and it's usually no one else, or one other person and their instructor. They limit their group class sizes as well. Great COVID protocols with air purifiers and thorough wipe-downs of equipment between sessions.
Kimberly, who also leads group classes, is my trainer, and she is delightful---funny, smart, and so creative. She brings something new to every session, and pays really close attention to my physical needs and goals, both immediate and long-term. I came in last summer completely new to Pilates, and felt perfectly comfortable there from the beginning. All the trainers are friendly and talented.

I first learned about the studio through ClassPass several years ago, and after attending my first Ballet Bungee class with the fantastic Rachel Piskin, I have never looked back. In addition to offering varied classes that challenge you every.single.time, the Chaise team has been so supportive and accommodating when I've navigated injuries and two surgeries, making it possible for me to continue with class even while recovering. During COVID-19, I've taken advantage of their live and on-demand virtual classes, and now I'm doing weekly privates in person and virtually with Sandi, another amazing instructor.

I am a senior citizen, and have found that the instructors are always supportive and pay attention to my individual needs. I also take a weekly private session on the reformer and other equipment.
