PIQ — Local services in New York

On the website of the Grand central station i found the Piq 10% coupon. I was about to pay, presented the online coupon and they would not honor it... they needed a printed copy. Nowhere on the website is mentioned that the coupon needs to be printed. The manager told me to get a coupon booklet from the information office at the station. It was close to the store... but they were out. Still the manager would not honor the coupon because she needed physical evidence!!!! If I could print out the coupon from the website it would do... but come on who has a portable printer in their pockets. I asked if she could print one out for me, but no because they don’t have a printer in the store??? Determined to get my 10% discount (to me good amount) I ran to another information booth at the station. They had the coupons. I could do my purchase but was very surprised to see that the coupon did not have a barcode, any code at all... nothing. The manager could might as well have written sketched the coupon on a piece of paper and that would have worked...

me & my friends came here to look for sonny angels, as soon as we entered the manager or whatever she is started giving us dirty looks. as i was gonna ask her a question regarding the Sonny angels she yelled at one of the other workers to stand next to my friends who were looking at the smiski’s making it seem like we were there to rob the store. she was disrespectful & unnecessarily rude so we decided to leave. don’t come here unless you want to be disrespected .

we came here after going to the piq at rocketfeller since we didn’t find anything there either. Since we chose to walk it we wanted to buy something whether we did or didn’t find what we came for but ended up not purchasing anything due to the lack of...

This is one of the best shops ever with even BETTER costumer service. One of the staff’s member came up to me because she noticed my Sonny angel hipper, and showed me their new collection! She helped me pick out 2 Smiskis, and then the other members got excited for me to unbox them! I was sooo happy with what I got and then Denzel (another member) gave me a couple more out of his own collection just out of kindness 😭😭!! They were all so so nice, fun to interact with, and just had a GREAT vibe overall. I highly recommend...
