However, my perspective changed dramatically when I encountered Nathan from Newtek. Although I initially questioned why she had not been promoted, it became evident that her qualifications and strengths were producing here a higher volume of success than average; The best part is she enjoys it. She makes it fun. She’s happy every day... Hunny’s dedication and work ethic were extraordinary, consistently outworking anyone on the team. She possesses a relentless drive, moving in a straight line towards her goals without faltering. During my 2 1/2 months with Hunny, she never once lied to me. Her honesty and integrity are unparalleled, qualities that are often underappreciated but crucial for success. Hunny embodies effort, focus, and bits of humility, always ready to admit mistakes and make necessary corrections “Although rare”. Hunny's most outstanding quality is her unwavering honesty. She is straightforward and truthful, regardless of whether it’s easy to hear. This honesty fosters trust and respect, which are foundational to any successful professional relationship or business endeavor. I genuinely believe that if someone from upper management took the time to meet Hunny and Nathan, they would see the immense potential in forming a powerhouse team. Hunny’s management skills, combined with Nathan’s smooth expertise, could lead a group of four or five people towards achieving remarkable objectives. They would make it enjoyable.

We had the distinct pleasure of working with Justin from the Motor City Office. Due to a complex Credit situation, we knew that getting funding for our business was going to be fairly difficult. We had no idea that it would cause over 5 rejections from different lenders, at various stages of the lending process. From the beginning, Justin did everything in his power to help us. Even after the first few denials, he made sure that we didn't lose hope that he would find a lender who would be willing to work with us. He made it known early on that he was always available to answer any questions or deal with any concerns that we might have. He was not kidding. He answered phone calls outside of business hours, even on weekends. If he couldn't get back with me immediately, he would shoot me a text to make sure everything was OK. . As someone with multiple small businesses, I have worked with a lot of different individuals from different financing companies to help grow my businesses. Justin is, by far, the most attentive person that I have ever worked with in the financing industry. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable with every aspect of our financial journey. As I stated before, we were denied several times, but Justin kept fighting for us. After several weeks and multiple denials, he got us funded for the amount that we had originally requested. I don't normally write reviews for these types of things, as they are usually pretty cut-and-dry. However, after all of the work that Justin put in to help us, I felt that he should be recognized for the quality of the service that he provided. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Went to get an SBA Express loan on May 20th, It is now October 31st, submitted all paperwork needed, couple weeks went by and agents offer a bridge loan. We said no 2 more weeks again bridge loan offered. This went on past 60 days finally got a bridge loan to tie us over. Again no SBA loan number and more offers for bridge loans repeatedly. Not even sure if this is a legit company because nothing shows up on SBA. Agent needs to specify he is a broker and sells information to other lenders for a 5% commission if approved.

In response to the owner: We have been trying to reach out directly. Your agent, Adonis Araya, had refused to provide me with the contact information for his supervisor. Since July he has been saying we have been approved for the loan and PMF has 95% approval rates from SBA after your underwriting has pre-approved the loan. Now, four months later, he has changed his tune, “Oh your industry is high risk and you are most likely going to get denied.” Not to mention, he has charged us an arm and a leg for his commission for that ridiculous bridge loan. As soon as my wife said she will be contacting our local SBA office to check if anything has even been submitted for any kind of approval and will then follow up with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Adonis said he didn’t appreciate being threatened and will withdraw from the application. Still no contact information for the supervisor. All your company does is scam small business owners into getting high interest loans that we have to pay commission on to your agents!!!
