I highly recommend Presher Fitness. Not only is Presher a state of the art facility, it also holds itself to the highest standard during this time of Covid. Going to the gym seems risky at this time but I felt safe and the trainers went above and beyond to follow all Covid related guidelines, not to mention, the trainers are the best you will find in NYC. Jafar is an excellent instructor and since the classes are smaller in size than places like Grit, you get much more one on one focus and coaches like Jafar will give you personalized critiques on your technique and form which has been really helpful.
Vincent is also a great owner. He’s super friendly and very accommodating and communicative when it comes to class reschedules.
