Anne is my new favorite person. I had both my dogs groomed at PUPS Pet Club for the first time last week. Douglas is a Bernese Mountain Dog and Gremmy a 14 year old Yorkie with limited vision, allergies galore and chronic ear infections. Anne was incredible, knew how to cut Douglas’s double coat and Gremmy, who usually comes back from the groomer agitated and cranky was so happy and comfortable. It was obvious Anne was so gentle with her knowing she is a little granny. I have lived in Brooklyn for 2.5 years and have yet to be happy with any grooming for my pups and I will never go anywhere else! I can also say with certainty they have the BEST pricing in the Williamsburg and would still go back if it weren’t because their cuts were THAT good. I even mixed up the time and was late and they accommodated me with such positivity and understanding. Every single staff member I have encountered, it is so obvious they deeply love animals. I’m so happy they are here and my experience was so great, I am sending my puppy Roe for board and train this week. The trainer reached out to discuss my goals for Roe which was fantastic. Even the corporate office who reached out for vaccines, deposit, etc was very obviously an animal lover and even told me, “look at the camera around noon, all the puppies get tired and take a nap in a puppy pile.” This warmed my heart and I feel so great that my baby will be in great hands. THANK YOU PUPS Pet Club!!!

I would provide zero stars if I could. This facility does not perform services as advertised, does not provide the care of animals of which they promised, and certainly does not monitor the wellbeing of the dogs. We planned on boarding our dog here for weekend, within the first 14 hours I had enough. At 2:00 PM she had not been taken on her relief walk, so I called the club and they said they would immediately take her out. At 3:00 PM she had still not been taken out, I called the club again and they said they would address the issue and take her out. Finally at 3:20 she went on a relief walk, after having been at the facility since 9:00 AM. It's currently 11:45 PM and she has not been put to bed. She is sitting in the large room alone, no bed, no blanket, with nothing that we had provided for her. We had specific instructions that she be crated near other crated dogs, to which the staff noted and confirmed there were many other dogs being boarded. She has been pacing and howling all night, the facility forgot about her, doesn't care about dogs, and clearly doesn't monitor them 24/7 as advertised. This experience almost ruined our vacation and has traumatized our rescue pup. Shame on this facility, its neglect, and false promises.

Was excited to take my dog for grooming based on the reviews, but my dog was nicked. Please see photo. At least the groomer could have given me the basic courtesy of letting me know, I get that accidents happen but I only found out a few hours later after taking her home. Please understand my dog is unable to communicate, if she had been nicked and I wasn’t informed, I could only possibly imagine what else they could have done to her. I have had my dog for four years and she’s always behaved well at all groomers and vets - she doesn’t even freak out when someone takes her blood/gives her a shot so the groomer probably really screwed up and I left a pretty good tip (really? You couldn’t tell me that you accidentally nicked a dog???). And this place was about 50% more expensive than the other locations I have been to in Williamsburg. Safe to say I will not be returning ever and I will be telling everyone to not go.

At first, I was wary of Pups Club as it seemed like a chain and I couldn't imagine how a chain could beat out a more neighborhoody place. However after trying a few daycare locations, it's clear our dog Winky loves Pups Club and I highly recommend it. She literally goes into daycare with her tail high and wagging which I still can't believe (she's a pretty shy dog).

A few things stand out versus other local daycare spots. First is that there's always someone at the front, other spots for some reason I walk by and it's usually empty. Second, their setup is that daycare is in a back room, not visible from the front (if there's a window to the dogs, they bark and react). Third, they have cameras which you can see the doggy rooms any time (for a cost however) which to me builds up trust as employees know nothing can slide. The two things I wish they did but don't today is feed the dogs around lunch and offer extra training during daycare, but maybe those will happen at some point.

Other than daycare, we use Pups Club for grooming and they've done a great job and we're excited about things like agility classes. Lastly, all the employees are super nice and just seem like they really like caring for the dogs. I'm so glad they're here in Williamsburg and if you have a shy dog like ours, I'd...
