Went here today got Japanese hair straightening and the two laddies did a great job it came out straight straight like I like it. In the past I came here and it had a lady that used a walker, but I think they switched hands and kept a few of the same people. They use to beg for tips after you paid and point to the sign saying you are required 15% tips that use to be on the front counter. After I paid I looked down they removed that hand made sign they had. I only came today because the woman I usually go to in another place want to Korea and I needed my hair down today. I was a little scarred about getting my hair done by different people they did great it come out good. I’ll come again and the people were all sweet from the dressers to the washer. Worst experience. They charge huge amount. Went there for Japanese hair straightening they told me I had to do keratin treatment. They wanted to charge me $280. I told them i don’t have that much amount so agreed to do keratin only on half part of my hair. They even charged for haircut price I believe which is already included with the straightening package. I didn’t find any differences on my hair before and after the salon. Went there for complain the lady with shorter hair and bigger eyes was so rude. Two ladies were not in the salon. She said her boss is off it was on Thursday. I wasted there $247 total waste of money and they asked for 15% tip so paid them $33 only for tip. That woman was so rude. They charged like Manhattan price with zero quality. They damaged my hair and burnt. Not going back there again and suggest other also not to go. It’s total...

This has been one of the best salons I’ve been to. I came to them with half fried /damaged red undertone hair and told them I’ve always dreamed of being blonde . They provided me with the most beautiful ash blonde balayage. All other salons I tried to do this at turned me away or fried my hair even more. This place was the only one who’s done it correctly. I also let them know I recently got a conch and tragus piercing and it was still very new and raw so they made sure to be extra careful around my ear, even provided ear coverings for wash , color, and blow dry.
