Really cute family run place. It's small and cozy. It was busy when we went and with a small staff, there's a little bit of a wait. This is the only place with takoyaki in the vicinity and I'm forever grateful. The ramen is good but I wouldn't say it's the most amazing. There's some room for improvement but I'm giving this place 5 stars because it's great for the area it's in and it's a local business I'm glad to support. I also disagree with the reviewers that think it's overpriced. I think the pricing is pretty fair especially for the quality. You can tell they put a lot of care into the food they serve. Additionally, for people who order through GrubHub/seamless, some of the local restaurants have no control over the delivery service since it's provided through GrubHub. Read moreLast time when we came to NYC, we passed in front of this restaurant and the picture of a cat holding 3 bowls 🍜 of Ramen grabbed our attention. We decided that we'll for sure come and try the Ramen served by a cat 😺! 😂
We finally came here, ordered rock shrimp and a bowl of beef ramen with chicken base and rice noodles. OMG was that bowl of ramen, the best bowl of ramen we have ever eaten in our entire life!!! The broth was perfectly seasoned, beef was cooked to perfection, the noodles were just the right texture for slurping 🤤. The cook added freshly sliced jalapenos in The broth upon request which made it even better! The shrimps were very uniquely covered in just the right amount of sauce and out of this world delicious 😋🤤. How can food be so tasty 😋?!
A definite comeback place for a million...

The broth is weak, “spicy” is not spicy at all. The pork used for the Ramen dishes is about 99% fat, not marinated and almost no meat whatsoever.
I’ve been eating Ramen for over 10 years and haven’t been this disappointed since I had “ramen” from a Chinese joint masking itself as Japanese. The owner/manager of Three Bowls said to me that “it’s ramen, so there is supposed to be a lot of fat in the meat” which couldn’t be further from the truth.
I gave this place the benefit of the doubt but after chronic disappointment I will...
