If I can give this location less than a star I would when I tell you this place is horrible it’s horrible they only have it to bill insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited this place like 3 times the first time I went there I seen a female doctor she didn’t even examine my face she just went ahead and told me we doing laser and your insurance covers it and a chemical peel which she never did but still billed the insurance I was confused didn’t even know what where the benefits of the laser or even what was my skin type she then said make an app for 2 weeks so we can do another laser but a lil stronger. Second time I came it wasn’t even the same doctor she was asking me what the last doctor did on my face and I had to tell her she than put me under a light for 15 min and said when it turned off I can leave she also said that when I came back she will preform a chemical peel which never happened!! The last time I came I was sitting in the room and the assistant was asking what was preform on my face and that she will do a laser and chemical peel since that’s what I want the doctor never even came in the room it was very unprofessional i got up and left didn’t even do anything because the first doctor had a plan and now eveyone else was like in the limbo this place is horrible not only that the rooms are dirty they rush you out don’t even examine the face there’re just there to bill insurance I advice people to stay away and find a place where they will really make you feel like they care or even like they know what they doing NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO BACK...

It’s very unfortunate because I had high hopes for this visit and yielding great results but to use only the word unprofessional would be entirely misleading.

I made an appt to see this doctor for 12:45, I arrived 25 mins early patiently waited. After trying several failed attempts to call the office to clarify my appt needs I went ahead and I made the earliest appt I could. This doctor does not offer early morning visits or weekend visits so that I can avoid minimal time away from work.

When I came into the room she 1st informed me that she sees that I am here for a skin and hair consult and that she cannot do both in one appt and that I would have to reschedule, when I asked why, she proceeds to tell me each appt takes 45 mins and she cannot squeeze me in. I proceed to tell her I took off from work to come in and this location is very far as I am coming from Brooklyn. When I wasn’t receptive of me being mislead and my time being wasted, she then tells me that she is not going to go back and forth, and if I wanted to continue the appt I have 7 mins to decide. No apology. No accountability. No empathy.

At this point I’m upset and after voicing my frustration to the receptionist she then enters the room & cancels the appt. with a remark of she has other patients to see. I guess my appt was no longer valid since she couldn’t bill me separately and milk my insurance for an extra appt which she only spends 15 minutes in . I will be doing a more in-depth review of this doctors NPI to see if shes even operating legally and...

This is one of the most well run offices I've been to in 2 years in NYC. I scheduled through zocdoc and received reminders leading up to the appointment. The information about my insurance was accurate and the office manager gave me detailed information about my deductible and copay before asking for my payment. It was a short wait time. The doctors assistant was professional and knowledgeable. The doctor saw me quickly, was honest about her assessment and the procedure she recommended. They quoted me an exact price for the procedure before I consented to it. The entire time they were friendly, great bedside manner, informative without being condescending. I hate going to any doctors because the office is usually such a disorganized nightmare with grumpy people. This was the opposite of that.
