Red Nail 39 — Local services in New York

I have been coming here for a few years and the one time I had an issue with my nails and requested to get it fixed Wendy was upset and gave me a hard time to fix them . Mind you I didn’t cause a scene and just simply called and asked if I could come back to fix them. When I arrived the next day they were giving me a hard time and Wendy proceed to get upset told me to take my money and go. As a loyal customer this was very upsetting as I was not asking for any money return just for them to correct my nails which were not done properly.

TERRIBLE!! I saw a Spanish lady with blonde hair in the second chair. I was rushed, my nails took 25 mins INCLUDING nail removal which she just ripped off didn’t soak. My nails are thin, crooked, bumpy, and uneven. Also they look like I need a fill. I kindly asked the lady to either fix them or refund me my money, and she refused to do either. She rushed me out to get her friend in. I was told there was no boss or management on duty and stood there while all of the workers continued to act like they didn’t know how to speak English, so my Spanish boyfriend translated for me and they literally just ignored us. I haven't gotten around to make a review yet, but this is my regular spot to get my nails done and they are AMAZING, and I've been to plenty of other salons before but this is the best of the best in my opinion! Reasonable pricing and they can do anything you want for you. They have so many kinds of colors, gels, chromes, building gel, and acrylic options! They do NOT turn down any complicated requests and theyre all for complicated designs from what I've seen from other people while I was at their salon and when I got my summer nails done!
