Really disappointed in this place. I came here once before and had a good experience but not this time. Not sure who was my artist this time around but they didn’t listen to my style request and also made my eyes burn very consistently throughout the process. (It also took double the time it usually does) I would prefer if the technician communicated with me more if she didn’t understand me and would be gentler when applying lashes to such a sensitive area such as eyes. I had to mention a few times it felt like something was poking my eyes and that I felt a strong burning sensation.

It’s been over 10 hours since I’ve gotten my lashes completed and my eyes are still burning and extremely red, even with eye drops applied.

Update: As it's the next day, my eyes are still red and burning and I woke up with what feels like a slight infection.

I actually booked it as a Groupon at first but I've been with Selena for 5 yrs. July 2021to be exact. I love her and her staff Cindy. They are professional, clean, the price is reasonable.My lashes last for months. She knows my look so I don't have to say anything. I still wash and wear my makeup on occasions. I go usually every 3mths or so if I have an event I will schedule my appointments. I am loyal and returning customers. It's a small shop but cozy and relaxing. One of the best in the business and I've tried a few. And it's woman owned . Coming from a lash girl. The lash artist S remembers her customer’s preferences. I love how she advises me on the shape and length that fits my eye. The beds are so comfortable you can bet on falling asleep within 30 minutes. Not only did the lashes beautifully frame my eyes, but they also held up exceptionally well, maintaining their shape and integrity for a month. I’ve recommended this place to friends and coworkers.
