Hardware N Discount — Local services in New York

I normally don't write reviews but no business has ever failed harder. I went to this HARDWARE store for a WRENCH. Not only did they not understand what a wrench was, not understand the difference between metric and imperial after i politely tried to explain it to them (as they were just kids and I figured they might appreciate learner a basic and important fact integral to their business), and not only did they not have a simple common 11mm wrench, but after searching confusedly through their wrenches for 10 minutes they said they would go and see if they had it elsewhere in the store...and never came back. Totally ok if you don't have staff at a discount hardware store who know what they're talking about or care that much, but at least have wrenches and do not have staff...

Well stocked hardware store, they literally have everything Home Depot has save for lumber, super friendly staff, great prices, open until 10p.m., what is not to love.
