Red spa nail II — Local services in New York

This place has turned to complete SHIT and it’s sad! I called and made an appointment in advance. I came in earlier than I said, 10am! It is now 12:23pm and I just got called to do my filling. I was CLEAR and repeated myself over the phone that I needed a pedicure….AND a filling, but I wanted Tony to do my feet and I explained I do not know who is good to do my filling. I was rushed off the phone but I tried repeating myself because I know there can be a language barrier, etc... and today, they treat me like I’m crazy, like I never called… Jessica (learned her name today) never asked what I needed as Tony knows who I am and took me right away.. if these people would have asked me what I needed when I walked in, I would have communicated… again!

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Plus, I have my kids with me and need to be in the city for their medical appointment.

My girl went to get her pedicure done at “RED NAILS SPA” she has been a loyal customer for years, but her recent experience was incredibly disappointing. First of all, the prices have become ridiculously overpriced.

she said the massage chair was actually painful, even with her already tense and stiff muscles, it felt more like torture than relaxation. On top of that, the staff came off as unkind and unwelcoming. The handling was rough, which i saw myself through the phone, and the overall vibe lacked warmth or care. To make matters worse, the nail polish color she chose looked completely different than the display, and the pedicure looked rushed and sloppy.

It’s sad to see a place she used to enjoy decline like this. Customer loyalty clearly doesn’t mean much here anymore. she would definitely not...

I went to this place for the first time and it was very disappointed because I was waiting there for almost 2 hours to get my nails and I didn’t know that I needed an appointment so after been waiting two hours, I went to ask the lady what happened because everyone was passing ti get their nails except me and she said that those people had an appointment and was there another two people waiting for their nails so for me was very disappointed because she saw that I was there for almost 2 hours and didn’t tell me anything and I just wasted my time there just for nothing....
