Their workers behind the counter act like their s**t don't stink. Like we are blessed to have them serve us. I can't believe the owner of this business is not aware of how bad their service is in this place. That speaks volumes about how they don't care about their customers. My experience was so horrible yesterday. I was left in tears and shock. I have ordered many times before. This business is very pricey. So I have spent much money here. And yesterday I called to place an order. I explained to the loser with the worst customer service skills that I had surgery. I could not eat. I didn't have a problem waiting for my order. He went on to say; we are not delivering to you. If you want something, you got to pick it up yourself. Again I said, I just had two surgery back to back. I could barely walk. He hung up the phone on me and blocked my number. I called back from my daughter's phone number, and he answered. He passed it along to another guy. Now, this guy lied and said my number was not blocked. They had many calls coming through. But that was untrue because as soon as I called from a different number. They picked up right away. So, in the end, I was told we would never deliver to your address again. And we don't need your business. As a business, your food could be significant. But if your customer service is horrible. Your food means nothing. And yesterday, the two idiots I spoke with had a significant impact. It made me create a Yelp account. So I leave a review on this horrible, disgraceful place. I had to visit this place multiple times when my wife was pregnant because it was conveniently located, but if I had the choice, I would never go back. The woman behind the counter always has an attitude, acting as though she’s doing you a favor by serving you. It feels like she thinks you’re getting free food, which is incredibly off-putting.

The prices are outrageously high, especially considering the quality of the products they use. Nothing is organic, and they often use fruits that are clearly past their prime—some even look like they should have been thrown out days ago. This was one of the main reasons I decided to never return.

Every visit was a horrible experience, but the last time was the worst. I spent almost $60 on three juices, which is already excessive. When I asked for a small cup, the woman told me it would cost an extra 50 cents—after I had already paid with my credit card. To make matters worse, they charged me an additional 2% fee for using a card, which felt like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of customers.

The combination of poor customer service, overpriced items, low-quality ingredients, and hidden fees made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged and...
