Love this store concept!! The screens, the dressing rooms, everything. It's a beautiful space as well. The only thing is that no one tells you the process...like at all. No directions. Don't be the dumb one like me ha! Here is how is goes: Everything on the sales floor is a sample and you "order" your fitting room items on the large touch screen TVs. Your items in your selected sizes are placed in your fitting room from the other side of the wall, through a faux wardrobe. If you need a different size, select it on the screen inside your fitting room, close your "wardrobe" and your new items are loaded from the other side. It's amazing. So futuristic feeling in a cool-girl way. Especially if you don't like human interaction when shopping. Also it takes a minute to get your dressing room ready for you...for obvious reasons now that you know.

You enter into the store and pick the clothes you'd like to try on, and a sales associate will come by and ask what size you'd like. She/he lets you know that they'll be ready in your fitting room. P.S. The clothes that you see in the store remain in that space; you don't take them to your fitting room. Once you enter into your room, the clothes you've picked out are ready in your "closet." You can try them on, exchange them for a different size/color, or look through other clothes to try on through an iPad on the wall. :) Once you make these changes on the iPad, it prompts you to close your closet so they can have the items ready (they put your items in your "closet" through the other side of the wall). Great experience and complete privacy. Oh, and you can also change the lighting in the room!

Very interesting way do shopping. Very convenient! And the clothes are really beautiful! This is my first time shopping at such a different serve system boutique. You can choose whichever clothe you like and put them in the cart through a touchable screen on the wall. There are several screens. And after several minutes, all your choices are put into a closet of a fitting room. You can try all of them, but the most exciting thing is you can add any clothes through a screen in the fitting room. Just close the door of closet, they will magically put what you add to you closet through a back door of the closet! Very convenient! And there are so many good looking clothes!

I am not the type to leave a negative review but my most recent visit was pretty horrible. After I was able to put my name down for a fitting room I checked if I could run to a nearby store and was told there’d be plenty of time. They said they would text me when the room was ready with a 15 minute check in window to get back. I barely get to the next store when they text me to come back so I feel horrible and rude to possibly cause a delay or mess up their system and am literally running back to the store to make it in time. I get there and give my name and ended up waiting another 15/20 minutes after my check in deadline. Annoying but fine. Im given an express room which is ironic given how long you’re expected to wait at every point. I’m done in not even ten minutes and trying to buy a dress and a shirt and the girl helping me says she’ll bag the items and be back. Another 20 minutes waiting for someone, I finally work up the courage to ask for an update because I’m uncomfortable and am met with immediate attitude. They finally bring out my items that are a very nice dress and a shirt and it was balled up inside the bag…no wrapping, no folding, literally thrown in tangled like it isn’t a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing. The girl who rang me up could not have been more dismissive and unapologetic. I get very uncomfortable to ask for assistance and stores like this are why. Im honestly upset I ended up giving them another sale and would have ordered online if I didn’t need the dress for an event. Super...

Disappointingly stained dresses and a long-drawn-out visit! I'm from the UK, and was excited to find a dress for a wedding I am attending here. Although I only waited ~15mins for the changing room, I noticed some dark stains along the bottom hem of the dress I was given to try.

I showed the stains to an employee and asked for a fresh dress. They were friendly, but I was left to wait for around 20 minutes with my partner on the shop floor. The same employee did not seem to chase up the request. I felt like a lingering guest, with nobody checking in, while I waited for a clean version.

I was then shown an extremely crinkled, unwearable dress that was "fresh out of the box". The staff member offered to steam it, and I accepted, which led to more avoidable waiting.

After paying, I was eager to leave the store after the drawn-out visit. When I got home, I noticed some small snagging on my new $330 dress. While the shop has interesting processes and frills, the quality...

Went here for the first time the other day to make a return from an online order. The dress was too big and as a first time customer, I wanted to make sure when I reorder the dress I would get the 10% off again. When I arrived there was a line outside the store, which I wasn’t expecting, but the woman managing the line was so attentive and friendly. I believe her name was Bailey. She asked if anyone was making a return or knew exactly what they wanted! I told her I needed to return a dress and order the same one in 2 lower sizes, as I have an event coming up very soon. I told her I wanted to make sure I would get the 10% off on one of them. She processed my return and got me 10% off both of the dresses on my new order. She did it all from her company phone outside. It was such a painless experience on a beautiful day! Will definitely be returning to shop in store. Definitely expect a wait if you will be shopping here but it is...
