My masseuse was Richard and first of all, he is the NICEST person. From the moment he said “Hi, Julie! I’m Richard. Welcome!” I felt like I was in for a good session. He speaks so softly and gently.

Like 30 seconds in, the massage has already stood out as far above the rest I’ve received. If you’re looking for the Cadillac of massages, this is the place to go. I had no idea what I was signing up for, but I am SO GLAD I found this place! He used techniques I’ve never experienced before. I loved all the smells, especially the palo santo.

Some of the movements were really digging in, and I probably winced to endure it. But afterwards, my body feels like marshmallow fluff. I feel warm & fuzzy on the inside and out! I feel like he was awakening all of the nerves in my legs. Pressure points I never knew existed.

Then he had a little chat afterwards as I had some water. That was so nice! All of the other massages just try to get you out the door.

Richard is a class act and Rhemedy seems like a wonderful institution. It was quiet and peaceful, so fantastic. I will recommend this to anyone that wants to go to New York! And when I come back, I will come back here!

Had some free time on Saturday and thought why not get a massage? I was close to this area and had always wanted to go so I figured I’d see if I was lucky enough to get an open slot in such last minute circumstances . Somehow I was lucky enough to be able to book a 90 min “remedy ritual “massage with Daniela and WOW WOW WOW ! From the beginning she was super nice and she inquired on what my areas of problems were ,what exactly was my reason for coming and she executed amazingly !! I was asked from the very beginning of the massage if the pressure was OK and that if I needed to adjust it at any moment please let her know. At one point I did ask her to be a little firmer and she will Give obliged and the massage was sooooo relieving and I it took away so much tension and stress I was feeling . I’m very picky with massages and I’m very into a therapeutic massage as opposed to a spa like massage and she was great! on my top five for sure ! Thank you 🙏 also the location is beautiful , they have an outside little patio thing you can sit and wait for your appt and they offer water and hot towels after...

I previously enjoyed service here. I dislike the way the alleged manager spoke to me( Lauren). I made a same day appointment but called to cancel when I got a message saying there was a mandatory 18% gratuity charge being added to my bill prior to arrival. Now, I know appointments are to be kept. However, the fact that I made the appointment on the same day is imperative here. She was condescending in stating they would charge 50% if I wanted to cancel. She probably doesn't care. But, I will not return for services now or ever. I am not going now as the way she spoke. I will just call my bank. Then I get a message saying the issue will be escalated to a manager when she states she was a manager??? Update. The issue is charging a 18% gratuity before arrival and advising after payment. Then being condescending. Did you think you were being professional??? Hmm.

Small business or NOT you can't force ppl to tip in advance then also charge for same day appointment cancelation. I am respectful until I'm disrespected period. Passive aggressive behavior is NOT...
