I remember the time Starbright sent flowers to Zaha Hadid, a renowned architect who unfortunately passed away, in London. I called Starbright and the owner Nic told his daughter, who lives in London, to follow up and make sure they arrive at the funeral.

I got a response of gratitude from the assistant and family. I was flabbergasted. Nic knew exactly how to do it. How many times does anyone after a celebrity funeral recognize how beautifully wrapped and what was appropriate for the London market. Well Starbright did. That is why we use them for everything.

Starbright is an international biz who knows the customs of all people, religions and protocols. It was a blessing. The knowledge and integrity of their team is always consistent. You can not go wrong even if you are not sure, they will direct you to the perfect gift for any occasion.

We only use them because it is guaranteed delivery and beautiful products for any occasion. They know their stuff!!! and have been friends for the last 7 years.

It's 5:15 pm on Valentine's Dat and still no sign of the delivery. Placed the order 3 WEEKS AGO and somehow my flowers managed to be the last ones off the truck. I am 9000 miles away and my girlfriend is currently sitting on the phone with them waiting in the lobby of her building at 515 on a Friday for her own Valentine's Day flowers! Totally unacceptable. I'm not so lacking of empathy to understand that Valentine's must be an incredibly busy/difficult time for florists but reading the other reviews of people that placed orders last night and received their flowers in a timely manner today simply added to the frustration.

UPDATE: Girlfriend spoke with the owner/manager Nic and he was very apologetic and gave her a brand new upgraded arrangement as compensation and personally guaranteed delivery by 6pm. Originally was going to give this review One Star, however I can appreciate the effort to fix the situation. Still would've preferred a hassle free delivery despite getting better flowers...
