I was the only customer at the counter and got handed a meat quesadilla despite being vegetarian. I came back to ask about it, and the “be back in 15 minutes” sign was up. That’s no big deal (I used to do that at work so I understand), but when I came back, a woman was wondering where her order was. The employee said the one I had was the other woman’s meal. How did this employee hand the wrong meal to the person she just took an order from? Why did the employees put up a be right back sign if there was still a ticket open?
