Waited for someone to help to purchase an item and got zero assistance. Asked a middle aged blonde woman and she said she'll be right with us after helping a family of four who just walked in. Offered no water/champagne while we sat and waited at a "luxury boutique". Stood by the cases for another 5 mins and finally someone came to help. Told her we waited for quite some time wanted to view the cardholder she had to go and look for it in the back. (Still offered nothing) while the family of four was served drinks and bought nothing. Like come on I actually wanted to buy something. 2nd time I got frustrated with ysl. That's right John from soho I still remember. Ivanna at YSL in Saks Fifth Avenue was incredible! I had made an appointment with her months in advance before flying into NYC to shop for my wedding, and she was so professional and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She even sent helpful text reminders leading up to my visit.

When I arrived, the floor team was so welcoming and offered me water. Ivanna was super patient while I went back and forth deciding between two bags, and never made me feel rushed. After I picked the perfect wedding bag, she even walked me over to the shoes department to help me find the right pair. Truly above and beyond. 10/10 service. Today I walked in to look at a few items and wow the collection was fabulous! A young lady named Elizabeth helped me with all my questions and never hesitated to show me a new purse or a new piece of clothing. I was so blown away by her kindness. The store employees were also so kind. Everyone would say hello and honestly just makes you feel seen. I did not feel that kind of hospitality from LV across the street. Can’t wait to come back...
