I made an appointment for 11 am on Monday January 11, the first appointment of the day, and I received a confirmation email confirming the appointment date and time. I showed up at 10:58 am and there was another customer in the chair, but they hadn’t started cutting his hair. They asked my name, I told them, they checked the computer and then asked the customer in the chair his name, when they found out that the customer in the chair didn’t have an appointment, they asked me to wait for 15 minutes and then they’d take care of me. Even though I had an appointment and the other guy didn’t, and they hadn’t even started his cut. So I show up right on time for my appointment, they make a mistake by seating someone without an appointment in the chair, and ask me to wait? Horrible customer service. Not...

Disappointed by my experience at the salon. It felt very very average for a very high price: $145 for a haircut (shampoo and blowout included). For that much money, I expected to be blown away by the quality of the haircut. Not in the least. The haircut is not as I had showed it to the hairstylist (did not ask anything complicated, cutting some length and some light layers in the front). Ended up with short and uneven layers in the front pieces that don't look very good. It's been too trimmed. The kind of cut I would have expected at $35–$60.

The blowout was not exactly what I had asked and while the hairstylist corrected it, it still wasn't it. I was excited to go to a salon close to my apartment but I will take my business elsewhere...

Friendly, easy going staff. Didn't feel pressured into anything and Diego was wonderful and understanding. I felt I was in good hands and let him do his thing and I was very happy! Price was reasonable, good value. I will definitely be back for next trim or new style. Update: I have been living with Diego's cut/style for a week now and absolutely love it. I told him I am a very busy person and someone who doesn't spend much time on her hair, but wants to look good and as already mentioned, let him do his thing. Straight out of bed the cut looks great! If I didn't want to do anything with it I wouldn't have to. I will of course brush it, but even that isn't necessary. The cut just beautifully falls into place. Thank you so...
