I came in for a layered cut today with Anastasia, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. I appreciated that she took the time to consult with me beforehand and fully understood what I was looking for. The haircut itself was done efficiently and with great care, I truly loved the experience and her service. That said, I did feel uncomfortable during the final part of the appointment. A male staff member (perhaps a manager or even the owner) seemed to be pressuring her to finish faster, even though she was clearly doing her job with focus and professionalism. While I understand that scheduling can be tight, I believe it’s important to allow barbers the time they need to do their work properly. I would have gladly paid for extra time if needed. I’m giving 5 stars because Anastasia’s work was excellent, and she deserves it. But I do hope the management takes note: creating a respectful, pressure-free environment is essential for both staff...

Ok. This is the third time I’ve been here. The first time was with Lana. She was wonderful. She was away the second time I went so Anastasia cut my hair. She was also great.

Today, I went back and Anastasia cut my hair again…of course, I asked for her. She’s awesome. She’s intuitive. I was here something like 2-3 months and she remembered what I wanted.

The thing is, this is not just a haircut. It’s an experience. She gives me a phenomenal haircut. Then she shaves my neck with a straight razor using hot shaving cream. Then she takes a hot towel, rubs it on my neck and my head to get all of the hair bits off so they don’t slip into my shirt causing that annoying itch.

In addition to all that, free beer, wine, and liquor to those who want it.

You just can’t go wrong with this place and especially Anastasia. For about $30, you can’t get that level of excellent in New...
