So, maybe this kind of picture might spook you out. For me, its a HUGE sigh of RELIEF. Finally, I'm getting quality laser done by one of the most proficient technicians I've ever met, Hanna Lebedzeva. I've done full body laser treatments for about 8 years. ...Yeah. Still, I had dark black facial hair, and hair all over my body. I've tried 3 different laser salons before Satori. I got suckered by some $1000 unlimited for a year full body packages, which had the result of making my hair slightly finer but still, very plentiful. I got suckered again into buying another year package, believing that these things just take time... No. In previous salons, I barely felt the laser, I mostly just felt a slight warmth, honestly it was kind of like a massage. Which makes no sense, since I have thick, coarse black hair on light skin- I can handle the highest intensity for laser. I would tell technicians this, and they reassured me I was getting a high setting, and yet I basically paid money for these superficial laser massages instead. I am so lucky I walked into Satori and met Hanna. On my first session, she gave me a presentation about the science of laser, and explained the mechanics of her machine: an intense shot of laser, with a cooling beam after. She set realistic expectations around the amount of sessions needed, depending on targeted area and specifically addressed the condition I have (PCOS) before I ever mentioned having it. I appreciated this context going in, and I realized I never got this treatment at previous salons. Hanna specifically is seriously skilled as a laser tech. At this point I kind of feel like an expert and I know when someone isn't taking their time, and my results will suffer for it. Never ever with Hanna. There's never any patchiness in her work. When my hair grows back, it's SO thin and fine and unnoticeable and UNIFORM! She works in a methodical patchwork way that actually targets all of my hair. Like I said, my hair is dark and coarse so I can handle the intense settings. Hanna wields that power in her sessions with me very intentionally. This photo was taken immediately after a session - the red bumps go down a bit later in the day, usually after a few hours. This photo is proof to me that I'm not getting ripped off here. All of my friends and family have remarked on the difference. My skin is smooth and hairless on my face for the first time in ages! Thank you so much Hanna, I wish you the best of luck with all of your endeavors. Thanks for always treating me right and thank you Satori Laser!

So my friend actually got me a couple of sessions at Satori Laser as a congratulations on being newly engaged. The technician I had was Sara Kang and she was amazing! She reassured me that it was a quick, easy and painless process. I could not believe how quick and painless it actually was! That was all the thanks to her and the techniques she had used to make my visit a comfortable one! The staff at the front desk were really sweet they even showed me where to check-in for my appointment. I really liked that the facility was kept really nice and clean I didn’t mind at all waiting while they cleaned the room for my session. They were very professional and thorough. Will be going back soon!

Never had razor burn quiet like today. I like the service & friendly staff and overall pricing is decent. Constantly checking in with you throughout the session… BUT god forbid you have some fuzz or a hair follicle that you didn’t shave… the tech will pull out a cheap razor to shave you- a little too much… the ultimate razor burn happened to me because my skin is clean without any moisturizer ready to go for laser (plus cold dry weather outside)… Maybe I should’ve brought my own razor because I am not entirely sure if they are disposable razors or if they are sharing this among patients?? I am hairless which is great but DAMN my skin is burningggggg tonight.

Compared to another laser hair removal company on 28th street, Satori's service is unbeatable! Their office on 57th street is super clean, the employees super patient and they give you ample background on the laser service if it's your first time coming in for a laser treatment. My specialist gave me a briefing before I came in for my first session basically giving me a run down of how the process works, why I should stay away from the sun before and after each treatment and how to take care of treated skin etc. They also rub aloe for you after the treatment and not all places do this. Small treatment areas are quick- it takes about 5 minutes to complete the treatment. I haven't gotten a large area treated so I don't have feedback for that.

They also call a day before every appointment to remind you that you need to come in since each appointment is spaced out so far in between (recommend 6-7 treatments with 5-6 weeks in between). The receptionist who calls you is SUPER PATIENT and nice and seems genuinely happy to make sure you know when you are coming in. Sometimes I get rude reminder calls that just make me feel annoyed for even picking up the phone. The biggest difference is that I've noticed they don't try to cross sell you products and don't try to pressure you to buy more sessions, because that gets uncomfortable. They'll just let you know if they are running a promotion and you can decide for yourself if you want to get more session. They really understand their customer and trust that their customer will come back to them if they want a different place treated or want to undergo another session. The other laser treatment spa on 28th Street that I went to tried to sell me cool sculpting, tried to give me incentives to refer friends, they even built an entirely new room to be able to service more customers and pressured us to give a tip on top of the session cost. This is not what Satori does. They are laser experts as well as service experts. This is seriously the best place to go for laser services- if you ever stumble upon their Groupon deal, I'd say go for it!

Last thing- laser can be pricey, so make sure you do your research because sometimes though service and price points are definitely something to consider when choosing a laser place. Satori might not be the cheapest place, and I certainly would not have gone there if I did not get the...

In a city busting with options for aesthetic procedures and hair removal services . I discovered Satori Laser , a beacon of innovation and care. From my initial inquiry, I was impressed by their commitment to client comfort and satisfaction. The facility exuded cleanliness and warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I booked an appoitment with Hanna , whose reputation for gentleness and precision proceeded her . From the moment I entered her treatment room, I felt reassured by her attentive demeanor. She explained each step of the process , ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. To my delight, the Satori Laser technology proved to be significantly less painful than i had anticipated all while delivering remarkable lasting results. Moreover , the pricing offered at Satori Laser is refreshingly reasonable making quality care accessible . After my sessions with Hanna i walked away not only with visible improvements but also with a sense of having been genuinely cared for. Satori Laser epitomizes excellence in aesthetic treatments, proving that effectiveness and comfort can coexist. I truly recommend their services to anyone seeking a transformative experience of hair removal in professional and welcoming...
