She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. Her attention to detail and commitment to making the experience as painless as possible was evident from start to finish. She is very patient and attentive. Her expertise was demonstrated through her comfortability handling the equipment and recognition of which settings to use based on my skin type. NIA IS INCREDIBLE. Having experienced very painful and uncomfortable laser hair removal in the past, I was nervous today. However, Nia was very gentle, the machine was great, and I had so much fun talking to her during the treatment. It was nearly painless, with just a few sensitive spots feeing like a small pinch.
