Virginia Chambers saved my relative's life. I was at a loss on how to give my loved one the additional care she needed after a fall that caused her to no longer be able to live on her own. I found my way to Senior Care Authority in desperation and am so grateful that we got shrugged off to Virginia.

Virginia answered every question I had, she picked up my every call. She walked with me and cried with me along this very difficult and stressful situation. She went above and beyond her call of duty and guided us to a place that we are so happy with. To this day Virginia has become a trusted confidant and I know she has mine and my loved ones best interest at heart.

I was unsure if we could afford the senior facility for my loved one and she counted our every penny and came up with a budget and advocated for us to get into a facility. My loved one is now very happy, well adjusted, has friends, has the ability to have fun, and is safe. I can now go to sleep knowing she is fully cared for and that literally would not be possible if Virginia was not in our lives.

I started a few months back looking into options for my mom who is 83. Her walking ability has not been great and she has started w Dementia. It was started to get to be too much with me but she was still ok living on her own, so I delayed the process. The past week my mom fell twice and fractured a bone in her back. At this point I emailed and called my contact I had been working with a few months back, Cynthia Perthuis. Within minutes we were on the phone working out next steps. My mom was released from the hospital on a Friday three days after she had fallen the second time. The hospital wanted her to be released the next day and to come home. It was not a safe choice but working with Cynthia she was able to get my mom into the Atria in CT. It is a beautiful facility and speaking with my mom today she is happy, well fed and being taken care of. She will be starting PT later this week and hopefully I will be able to see her soon. All I have to say is this organization is a class act and there would be no way I could have done this all on my own in the 3 day turn around period. Cynthia and her team have been enormously helpful in advocating for my friend who has dementia and is in assisted living. Her intervention with the assisted living facility management has reduced the need for additional expensive personal care required by the program for my friend to remain in the facility.
