Went in the store to buy shoes couldnât decide on which shoes to buy so I took some pictures to send to my girlfriend and ask her which ones she likes... I was approached by a white employe who told me to put my phone away I can not take pictures in the store itâs against there policy... I was shocked so I asked him where does it say that whereâs the sign at he then told me itâs not written down but itâs a policy I asked to speak to a manager about this policy because I thought it was ridiculous and the employee told me no... so I left. I went to a jimmy jazz in Brooklyn that same day on Flatbush ave asked the employee is there a policy that we cannot take pictures of the items in the store he told me no there is no policy like that and told me take as many pictures as you like... with that being said I believe that the employee at the Queens center mall location was very rude and disrespectful towards me made up some phony policy for what ever reason I donât know. i donât wanna call the guy a racist but honestly that fits what he did. I will not spend any money at this store and I will tell friends and family to stay clear of them. Also the jimmy jazz on Flatbush ave and church ave have the same shoes...

I finally received my package and low and behold I open my package i received the wrong shoes. Not only are they the wrong shoes, itâs shoes that havenât been released yet (release date 5/17/25). Iâm so pissed so I look to see which location it came from and itâs them. Iâm calling back to back nobodyâs answering because whoever package my box needs to be fired for not reading clearly. You canât even call customer service because they donât have an online number and you can only email them which takes forever to hear back from someone. Like how could you make this big mistake than not answering the phone is ticking me off even more. The staff members suck because no one even opened the box to see if it was the right order and Iâm going to keep calling back until someone answer ! Not only that it states on those retro 11s FINAL SALE and if I donât get the shoe I ordered or my refund it wonât be a pretty site !!!!! Whoever the onsite manager is needs to be in contact...

For future and existing clients just a quick note: I had a horrible experience with the security guard (I believe her name is Domo or something like that) I asked for a gift receipt prior to paying for my items from the cashier who was super nice but she ended up forgetting to give me the gift receipts for my items.Then comes in Domo who very rudely complained about me asking for a gift receipt calling me annoying (she did this under her breath while approaching the checkout area) and even asked me why I needed them she added that I was holding up the line. I explained the situation to her but she was rude and had a very demeaning attitude and at the end she was of no help.
