Hello, today is 11/10/2023. I went to Spectrum and got there at 4 pm. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I went to resolve a situation I had of a service confirmation that was given to me on October 07, 2023. Spoke to a gentleman called Kevin, he couldn't help me, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I waited for a while, and this supervisor approached me, his name Louis well that's the name he gave me. I explained my problem to him and told Louis that they were supposed to honor me with a pricing I was given on the phone of a service confirmation that was canceled by mistake. So, Louis told me to give him 8 minutes and he will resolve my problem. I waited, and finally, he, as a supervisor, didn't even come out to tell me he was done. He sent his co-worker to do his dirty work. He said everything was good. I asked his co-worker if he was going to send me an email, and he told me no because Louis, the supervisor, did it manual. To find out Louis, the unprofessional supervisor didn't have the dignity to even come out to tell me everything was done because he knew what he did wasn't going to fly with me. I would have asked him to show me the changes. When I got home, Louis, the unprofessional supervisor, changed my service plan and never discussed it with me. Louis told me he was going to honor the same service confirmation that was given to me on October 07. 2023. Beware of this guy, make sure to get names, dates, and times and ask for prove to see that Louis the unprofessional supervisor give you what you came for. I found it weird that he agreed without no explanation I even ask him if he wanted the email that was sent to me by Spectrum Louis told me that he didn't need it because it was in the system. Louis went on his own and without my consent he changed my whole plan without speaking to me. I can imagine he must do this a lot I feel sorry for the elderly or someone that's not capable of understanding what beaning done to them. I had to call Spectrum and tell them what went on and gave them the information of Louis the supervisor and let them know what a little dirty sneak he was. Got me once shame on you!!! Catch me twice shame on me.I call Spectrum, and they honor me what was supposed to be. Beware of this guy he's at Park Slope address 522 5 Avenue. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Like they say Beware of wolves in sheep...
Read moreWalked into the store to sign up for a deal that I had arranged over the phone with customer service and Giani was kind enough to review it and end up offering a much better deal than the original. I was very impressed with her knowledge, extraordinary customer service and personality. Her experience and actitud is one of the best that I have experienced considering that I come from a long customer service management background. Giani really is a huge asset to Spectrum, I found out the there is no manager in this store and I think that she should be considered for that position, especially after observing that even the other customer service agents will come to her for advice and how she was able to guide them. Again thank you so much...
Read moreI’m conflicted over the star rating I’m giving because Wendy at this location provided 5 star customer service, went above and beyond to help me with the mess Spectrum Mobile created over the phone. But I am extremely dissatisfied with the 1 star customer service of Spectrum Mobile itself. Why did the simple task of activating a new phone require 3 phone calls (two of which were well over an hour long) and a visit to a Spectrum store location? Spectrum has been in the mobile market for over 2 years now. It is absolutely unacceptable that a simple request turned into a week-long saga that sucked up so much of my...
