This place is irresponsible, I made a call to have the order ready they told me 15 to 20 min I went 25 min later and I saw one of the lady just getting up to do my order, and they didn’t even approach to me when I walk in I ask about my order and the guys told me 10 more min and I ask why so long you just told me on the phone it was 15 to 20 min I been here for 5 min and no one said anything and he said the oil take time 5 min to warm and I said is being more than 25 min and it’s nothing done. Coffee tasted like it was either from the day before or stale, or they really really need to clean their coffee equipment. Instead of a refund I was offered a replacement coffee, and told that I must be mistaken, and "all coffee just tastes different, there are so many different kinds, this is Colombian". I guess in the last 40 years of drinking coffee I never realized it was supposed to be overly acidic, thin, and stale tasting.
