I really loved their food the other night and was excited to order again today. While the restaurant was great the delivery process has caused me to never want to order from here again. I ordered online and forgot to tip on the card. Honest mistake. I don't have cash at the ready these days because of covid.

I ordered eggs benedict and a smoothie. When the order arrived at my apartment, I opened it up and the eggs benedict sauce was everywhere in the bag and no longer in the dish.

I called the restaurant and they offered very kindly to fix it right away, which was great. But they sent the same delivery guy who TOLD me he shook it because I didn't tip him before and wouldn't leave until I did.

Never ordering from here again. I'd consider coming in for pickup but the delivery process was completely rude, you never know what a person is going through and maybe they can't afford something, if this has been a different person this could have led to a more significantly...

The food is overall well below average quality, and they do not put in phone orders until you get there to pick up your order (they make you wait for about 30 minutes once you get there). They’ve also sent three people I know to the hospital by messing up orders and giving people items with peanut butter (how could this be such a recurring issue?!). When my friends/family went back to this restaurant to let them know they had accidentally given them the wrong order (containing things they are allergic to) the staff said the orders were right until they finally checked and rudely asked if they wanted a refund or a replacement item. I personally would apologize if I put THREE people in the hospital (all on separate occasions, never one apology or any semblance of care). I placed a order for pick up for a teriyaki bowl and a side of roasted brussel sprouts. What a mistake! The brussel sprouts were raw and I was at work so I couldn’t even pop them in the oven to eat them. The teriyaki bowl (carrots, zucchini, caramelized onions, broccoli sautéed with ginger-teriyaki glaze) had 3 cubes of zucchini and 2 pieces of broccoli and was soaked in the glaze (no hint of ginger) and didn’t have any onions. I could and actually have made a better bowl myself!! All of this for $18 - not worth it at all. When I called to express my frustration about my meal, the manager who answered, while he did offer to make me something new (which I was not interested in because I couldn’t see how another option would be good if they serve something like this) was then rude, didn’t even apologize and hung up on me!
