As a long time lover of vintage clothing I have learned that there are lots of ways to buy vintage - online, in a thrift store and in a vintage boutique. This is a combination of the second and third, it’s sorted enough that there is no real junk here, but there is enough inexpensive stuff to make it worth digging. The back is where the real gems are - vintage military, outdoor wear, etc. most in very good condition and priced fairly (though not cheap).
