Heritage 544 Union — Local services in New York

We have been living at 544 Union since the building opened, over 6 years ago. Originally, we rented a one bedroom and upon starting a family, we upgraded to a two bedroom. Our experience living here has exceed our expectations. The building's maintenance staff is amazing, the concierge service is thoughtful and friendly and the supervisor goes above and beyond. Where do I begin… we just leased an apartment here at 544 Union. Reginal in the leasing office made the process easy and seamless, answering all of my many questions promptly. He is the best! The whole consierge team has been incredible, going above and beyond to help us with the move in process, even storing large packages that were delivered days earlier than we moved in. All of the staff at 544 Union are great! Anytime we have a maintenance request, they come within 24 hours and are super efficient and friendly. Niko helped replace some light bulbs and clean the filters in our AC/heating units most recently and was great. Would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live in...
