I recently completed my clinical rotation at this office, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like part of the team right away. Georgina, and Stephanie are both working at the front desk. They appeared to know everything but unfortunately know nothing about procedural billing. They explained that my office visit would be covered by my insurance. I even spoke with the practitioner's billing department, but was also misguided. Furthermore, upon speaking with my insurance company, I was informed that part of the reason why my visit is not covered is because the practitioner is NOT A DOCTOR. Although, referred to as a doctor in the office, the practitioner is actually a nurse practitioner which effects the degree of your insurance coverage.
