The service that I received from Ethan (the manager) made such a huge impression on us because he really went out of his way to help us with a situation another store inadvertently caused. I bought a jacket from another location, and they forgot to take the plastic security tag off. Luckily, they were able to text me my receipt. This started a crazy journey of trying to remove it, starting in the London Harrods store for SI - after some trying, they didn't have the right security equipment there. When I got to NY, I went straight to the SI store that my sister shops at in Soho.
I was so lucky that I was able to work with Ethan - he literally took the time to go to a couple of stores to take the tag off. I really appreciate that level of service, which many stores don't provide these days.
The selection in this location is also huge so if you love SI like my son does, this is the place to shop. Even though I recently bought my son a couple of pieces, we ended up getting him a sweatshirt there because we were so impressive with the service.
Thank you, Ethan! We are customers of this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been to the Stone Island store in SoHo three or four times. The first two times, I was helped by an Italian associate named Nicolò ā he was a superstar. He assisted both me and my friend, offering great suggestions and explaining everything about the Stone Island products. Thanks to him, we made the right choices. Heās definitely the best.
The third time I visited, Nicolò wasnāt working that day, and unfortunately, the two other staff members there didnāt show much interest in helping. When I asked about size availability, they seemed annoyed, as if they were doing me a favor just by responding. It felt like they couldnāt wait to close up and go home. To be honest, it was a disappointing experience ā if someone doesnāt enjoy their job, perhaps itās worth considering something more fulfilling.
If youāre planning to visit the store, I definitely recommend asking for Nicolò ā he can make a big difference in your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery very poor service. Was on vacation in NYC and decided to stop by a favorite brand of mines store, Stone Island (this one locatated on Greene Street). I was "helped" by a tall boy named "K" who constantly followed me around the store, litterally took clothes out of my hand while I was feeling the fabric, put it back on the rack and constantly reminded me how much each item costs. When I asked for a size, he held the clothes against me and nearly dropped it on the floor before I could grab it. When trying on clothes he very openly discussed his thoughts over me and plainly insulted me infront of his coworkers. When paying he even asked if I had enough to purchase the sweater. Very unethical. Very unproffesional. Very childish. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Would highly reccomend everyone buy their clothes online opose to by it from this location. Will surely never do so...
