Super Star Farm Inc — Local services in New York

I called 30 minutes ahead of time for a pick up, letting them know i'd be there at 1 to pick up a simple sandwich. I get there at 1 telling them I called ahead and the the lady in the front says "oh we didn't make it" mind you the cook is literally just standing there doing nothing, there weren't even any customers there! I usually don't write bad reviews and I may just be starving but wow the level of incompetence...

Giving this place a 1 star review because of a mistake is absurd; this is a worthy NYC deli! The sandwiches are good and the tacos are definitely a stand out. Of my many visits over the last 3 years I never got anything less than friendly service and good food for a great price. They also have a nice varied selection of beers and very good house-made guacamole in the cooler...
