Swatch 711 Fifth Avenue — Local services in New York

Last night we were there at swatch 5th ave store and the S.A who assisted us was demi she’s nice she said come back sunday because we hve new stocks onhand. So, me and my family with my 2kids we were excited to purchase the watch . We bought 2 Swatch/omega today and I am not satisfied with the sales assistant her name is Crystl, demi was there assisting us also But this crystal girl and the small white guy was mean i don’t feel thr vibe , I was planning to use my After pay or Klarna but they were like telling us Swatch is not accepting any installment app what the heck all establisments do accept now a days, and I know that even if the store is not affiliated with klarna, afterpay etc you can pay In-store. I was looking at my klarna app i just forgot how to do it planning to message the customer service but i felt so much anxiety people around me are saying they dont accep blah blah And my Kids also feeling embarrassed I told them Its our right even if we stayed here for long thats none of thr business, so my husband decided to pay cash(debit) coz of the feeling ur not welcome here. I showd them my omega constellation watch just to prove to them I can afford b—itch! 😡🤬instead of helping ur customer figure it out saying Ms u can take ur time u can call the customer service or whatso ever but talking like no hope for me to purchase the items. Please Swatch ,Train Ur employees they are mean NO wonder almost all the reviews...

I’ve been in this location many times to get moon swatch’s and other beautiful watches that are on display at this location. Every interaction I’ve had when I’ve come in have been amazing the customer service was great but today I did not feel so special on the contrary I felt very uncomfortable and not valued as a regular customer. I went in to purchase a scuba watch ocean of storms around 12:30 as a Christmas gift for one of the members of my family and I was greeted very poorly by an associate named Julian. He seemed very uninterested and had such a nasty attitude for no reason like if I was bothering him. I’ve never had this issues with anyone else I’ve asked for help when in this location. Today I felt like a transaction instead of feeling like a valued customer are these the kind of people your guys are hiring to represent your company? This was such a horrible experience. Fifth Avenue and did not find any welcome, and I met a person named Mark and he was bad in his dealings with me, and my order and question was about an Omega watch, knowing that I came to the branch ten times, and I would go every time they say the quantity is out, knowing that I came today at 12:30 and said I ran out of stock and two hours later I came back again and found a girl and she told me two minutes ago that the quantity was Sold out and when we had it again today and I asked him why you told me there is no watch, he said I had the pink color knowing that I wanted it for my daughter as a gift and he said that I annoyed him I hope the owner will take the procedure and teach him how to deal with...
