I should have written this review much earlier—avoid this place at all costs. A friend and I had Bio Sculpture manicures here a couple of months ago, and both of us left with severely damaged nails.

The technicians overused the e-file, filing down our healthy nails and creating deep ridges at the nail bed. Even now, months later, my nails still look damaged and unhealthy. I’ve had bad manicures before, but this experience went beyond that—services at this establishment are a health hazard. The damage was so extensive that I’m still waiting for my nails to fully grow out.

We each paid over $100 for the service (incl. tip), which is outrageous considering the lasting harm it caused. I regret not asking for a refund, but honestly, I was so shaken by the experience that I would never step foot in this place again. Even one star feels too generous. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM, right when the salon was supposed to open. By 9:40, I was still standing outside with the lights off, gate closed, and nobody inside. I booked the first appointment of the day because I’m traveling out of town today and needed to get in early—that’s the whole reason I made an appointment at opening time.

It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional for a business to not open when their posted hours say they will, both on their sign and their website.
