She is attentive, pays attention to detail and always makes sure that you are comfortable and getting the best care. Often, she'll answer any questions I have related to skincare, and my skin has improved immensely from her continuous treatments. It is really 'tailormade' in that sense, where she will customize and recommend the best treatment for your type of skin, including an evaluation and survey during your first visit.
