I recently visited this AT&T store to switch my service from prepaid to postpaid, which can be a complicated process. I was fortunate to be assisted by the store manager and staff member Z, who provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to resolve all the issues that arose with the transition.
What stood out to me the most was their dedication to making sure everything was done right. They walked me through every step, explained all my options in detail, and ensured I understood everything before moving forward. Despite the complexity of the situation, they handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude, making the experience stress-free for me.
I’ve dealt with AT&T for years, and I can confidently say this was the best customer service I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a store where the staff truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend this location. Thank you for your...
Read moreTerrible experience at AT&T. I came here last weekend to upgrade my phone and the system crashed so I wasn't able to pay for the taxes. I suggested to pay the taxes later when the phone was delivered to the store. The worker had me wait 1.5 hours at the store while he called customer service. No luck after 1.5 hours so he told me I can pay the taxes later when the phone arrived (what I suggested earlier).
He confirmed the phone should arrive July 3rd -5th and that he would call me. Today is July 9th and I call him for an update for him to tell me the phone is not arriving without the tax payment...No follow up or follow through. He even asked me to call customer service to get it sorted out...
The system failing is not his fault but the way he handled the situation and follow through is. Never coming back to this branch again. Now I have to go to a different store to get my...
Read moreDO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE! ABSOLUTE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN A STORE. AND THATS SAYING A LOT AS A LIFETIME NYER.Was at store 3pm sunday afternoon helping an 80 yr old elderly friend with a faulty flip phone. I dropped my friend while i parked. When I arrive 2 minutes later, my friend is front telling me he was told he could not be helped. Not understanding what happened, I go in for clarification.. Right away the mgr was all attitude and hostility as he tells me that he already explained he doesnt have a micro usb. (Seriously? Who doesnt have a micro usb cable?) As I am trying a follow up question, I simply ask the guy to relax his tone. Rather than apologize, he tells me "DON'T tell me to relax" And goes on a 1 minute rant. I ask "are you finished?" and HE THROWS ME OUT OF THE STORE. Unreal. This guy was pure disrespect to my...
