I just had a strange experience at this location. I went to return something with the tag on and when the manager picked it up the tag fell off. Then she said that she didn’t remove the tag and that I can’t return it. But it wasn’t the price tag it was those additional item tags they put on some of their clothes. So then I called customer service while there and customer service said that they need to accept it at the store. So I asked them to stay on hold so that I could find the manager. The manager saw me and started walking away so I had to follow her up the escalator. I told the manager that I have customer service on the line and she said that she doesn’t understand what I need from her. I told her that I’m on the phone with customer service who are saying that they will accept my return and will repeat it to her so I put customer service on speaker at which point the manager said that I’m going to have to call them back and then she started walking away so I asked customer service to stay on hold and when I went to follow the manager she said “you’re going to have to stop before you make me feel like you’re following me”. Then she walked away to the fitting rooms on the 2nd floor before I could ask her any more questions and obviously I wasn’t going to follow her after her last comment because I could tell that she was being hostile and could escalate the issue beyond what it actually was. I ended up just mailing the item back but it would have been great to return at the store and not have to have an experience like this where I was made to feel...
Read moreI’m going to start off positive since I really do love this location thanks to the friendly hardworking staff that always go above and beyond to assist me. Such as Caress, Sylvia and Sharon. These three work hard, going above and beyond every encounter I’ve had with them! However, there is a manager working at this location who quite frankly never looks happy she always seems so bothered. Honestly FRANNY is not a nice person. Working in customer service should require some sense of professionalism, kindness, problem solving as well as being a customer advocate! She does not have a positive attitude at all. Customers love walking into an environment, where they know they’re going to be helped and also where they see familiar faces. It makes them feel welcomed. Apparently she has a problem with that. i’ve been a long time customer and always come to this location one because of the service and two because it’s convenient. I’m sorry your managers can do a whole lot better. Just because staff is friendly does not mean they are...
Read moreI love this H&M as I do all H&M's. I live on the Upper East Side and this location is totally convenient for me. It's right next to the 6 train subway stop, literally steps away from it. This H&M as with all H&M's allows me to stay looking fresh without breaking the bank. With the prices being as competitive as they are, I can grab a shirt on the go if need be if I don't feel like going home. The average price of a shirt can be anywhere from $12 up to around $40, with the majority being somewhere in the middle. They have a huge selection for both woman and men and I think my mom mentioned they have clothes for babies too. Don't quote me on the babies part because I'm single and wouldn't have noticed. The staff is friendly and there for you if you need help picking something out. H&M is great anytime you need to go shopping and they are awesome if you spill some coffee on your shirt right before a big meeting. Prices are amazing and the style is...
