I purchased bath plumbing hardware at The Brass Center. Due to many delays in our renovation they were not installed until more than a year later. I had problems with 2 of the fixtures. The manufacturer refused to do anything. Ampurito at the Brass Center went to bat for me with the mfg of the fixtures. I offered to pay if I had to. She said no an instead was able to get the replacements at no cost to me. I could not be happier with their service....
