I worked in the area for a few yrs and have never came into the store! For some reason I walked in and took a look around. They really have some eye catching things but nothing I was looking for at the moment. I was offered help but I was just looking. As I left the store I looked in the window and seen a watch that I had always wanted. I came back and waited a few due to personel assisting another customer (hence 4 stars and not 5). First, I’m not a get on google and review kinda guy if that says anything. That said- I walk in trying to fix a necklace and he (Alberto) goes into a drawer, pulls out a beautiful gold connector and fixes my necklace. I try to give him my card and he wouldn’t take it. I come back at a later date, he helps her (which of course you know was easy) and I ask them to fix my watch that went dead. They fix it on the spot, charging me nothing.
