The Learning Experience - Williamsburg — Local services in New York

I had my eye on The Learning Experience since February 2024 when I 7 months pregnant with my son. I stared the process of enrolling him after he was born in April 2024. I had no Idea where to start and Ms. Jazmin oh my god. God Bless her soul she guided me every step of the way and answered all my questions especially early drop off due to my work schedule. It's rare to find a school that opens at 6:30am this was exactly what I needed and do not mind the fee because it's worth it.

When my son started each morning, we are greeted with the most amazing energy and big smile. Ms. Jazmin & Ms. Kathy in the morning make you feel like you are home. Thought the day his teacher Ms. Paola using the school's communications App, keeps me updated on EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING. From attendance, feedings, naps, Diaper Changes and my Absolute favorite. I can see photos of my sons' activities. When I pick him up in the afternoon or my mother. The Afternoon teachers are always doing a fun activity with the children. They make sure to have all of his belongings, change his diaper even if I say its ok not to worry. They do not accept no for an answer they always provide me with my son very clean and happy.

The classrooms as you can see in my photos are always clean. you can literally see yourself in the floor. They are very welcoming to parents entering the room we just have to respect the floor since our babies do crawl and we must wear shoe protectors. My grandmother who is my son's great grandmother was extremely pleased with the school she was even more impressed with the amount of security. To access each door, you must have a key fob, and they have cameras everywhere.

To me this is not a Daycare center. As you can see in the name it's called The Learning Experience. Thats what this is. I am all about education and I am an advocate for Early Learning which begging's at home and it's continued at a place like this one. If you want your child to learn and stive in his/her education and future. The Learning Experience is the way to go. This is not a paid advertisement. This is a mother who's number one priority is her children's education. Like I tell my 15yr old who will be in college in the summer of 2025. Your education is the only thing that no one can take away from you.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with TLE Williamsburg. Our daughter has been enrolled in this school since she turned 1. Here she has learned many things. The learning experience isn’t just a regular preschool, they actually follow a curriculum based on each age group. It is led by play based learning and active engagement.

It is very nerve wrecking to leave your first child in a school especially when they are small. Although, from the start, the staff made us feel completely at ease. They are warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child and go out of their way to make every day a positive, nurturing experience.

Our child is always excited to go and comes home happy, learning new things and building great relationships. The environment is safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized, and we truly appreciate the way the staff communicates and keeps us involved. Kunal, the owner of the school is amazing. He is very committed and dedicated to creating an enriching space for all students.

This daycare is not what I expected. After enrolling my child a few months ago, I’ve noticed a major decline in quality and care. The teachers rarely communicate and do not make parents feel welcomed. Each time I pick up my child, their face is often unclean something that takes only seconds to address.

The “stroller room” is extremely disorganized, with no racks or proper storage. I often have to move five to ten strollers just to reach my own, which is both frustrating and unsafe. The area is also unsanitary I’ve personally seen roaches inside the stroller room and crawling on the floor. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member appeared unconcerned.

Additionally, my child frequently comes home sick. Allowing visibly ill children to attend puts all the other kids at risk, which is completely unacceptable.

This daycare urgently needs improvement. The staff show little professionalism, there’s never a supervisor or manager present, and the overall environment feels careless and unorganized. I would not recommend wasting your time scheduling a tour this is not a safe or caring place to...
