5 Stars for the best parking in NY (Williamsburg)! Craig and his team made sure all our parking needs during our stay in Williamsburg were met with professionalism, kindness and a smile. They went above and beyond to be incredibly accommodating and reactive when we had to drop off vehicles after long days of filming and early call times in the mornings. Myself and my team (a UK film crew) were in NY filming, and I found it hard to find parking that offered security (the underground parking lot shutters are always closed) and large enough spaces for 2x large SUV's. (Craig also offers a secure lock up storage room onsite we used to store kit and save us the faff of lugging it to and from our hotel rooms, for a small additional charge). I felt so lucky to fine Secure Parking facility, Craig reserved spaces for us in advance of our arrival (which put us at ease), parked and had them ready for us when we needed them by, and additionally even gave them a quick wash before each end of day parking and hoovered inside them the morning we were leaving!
