Fortune Place — Restaurant in New York

First of all I am very disappointed with fortune place. 1. The delivery guy is very RUDE, and disrespectful. I placed and order with Fortune place, and they told me that it would be delivered in 30mins. 45 mins passed and still no delivery I called them back and the girl told me that it was delivered already, I said no then she placed be on hold spoke to someone ,and came back to the phone and said that it is on it's way. Ok so now 1hr. And still nothing. About 10mins. Later he showed up. And then I asked him how is it they took so long. He then said to me "I don't care, I am not here to serve you." And to make matters worse long after they kept ring out my phone asking me what did I order. I told them. Again they called back asking did you order plantains I said no I did not. Come to find out that they charged me 2× s for the same thing. One written in Chinese and when I called to asked them they were more angry than me. My thing is if you are serving customers you shouldn't be so nasty.

They need to get it together because not everyone will be as call as me. As a result I don't think that the deserve any...

This place food is very good. The shrimp orders I have placed in the past, have all been very good and cleaned out. In other words, no shrimp poop in their veins. That's a good thing because I have been or have ordered shrimp from other restaurants that have not been cleaned out. Now that's nasty to have that on your plate ready to put in your mouth.

At home we don't order from any other place around. Plus the food is good prices, not over priced like some restaurant around them. We have tried other places but after we found this restaurant, we have only ordered from them due to the good quality food. Their lunch specials are very plentiful with the amount of food you get. Their combinations orders are good for two people to share with...

While looking for a go-to restaurant, I was lucky enough to come across Fortune Place!! They are a very cozy restaurant with friendly staff members. In addition, they also have a wide variety of dishes to fit your particular taste buds. Their price ranges are extremely affordable considering how amazing their food is!!
