Doormen, porters, handyman, and other building staff are top notch and very friendly. No issues with packages or getting something fixed in apartment.
However, leasing office/mgmt was a nightmare - after moving out, despite getting the sign off and walk through with the handyman, leasing/mgmt office made up some bogus reason that we damaged an appliance to keep almost all of the security deposit. Despite the appliance working and having no issues, and no way would any actual repair be worth the amount they docked. Very scummy...
Read moreVery stress..and disappointed of mgmt team, they have their guide lines that no one can ever understand and keep tenant their like a prisoner of war, zero flexibility .. the staff always in your business ...gym and common area super cheap and old fashion ..they hardly clean the floors and roof top..wow..never seen that TV go on and they don't even want you their (always shutting the lights even when you are their hosting on a Saturday night) Super expensive and always pushing to rent the back of the building...

Having WEEKS of zero correspondence, or just plain ignoring their tenants on multiple occasions, is very disappointing for a so-called luxury building. This has been our absolutely worst experience living in many different buildings. If only management was as responsive as they are on Google...
