Esther and Udi have worked wonders with my 4-yo Jack Russell Terrier rescue, Lorri. And with me, too. Her leash reactivity/frustration made most walks and overnight stays with sitters challenging for everyone. But watching Lorri calmly walk by other dogs with Esther and Udi convinced me that Lorri and I could do the same. We both feel more confident on walks now, and I use the techniques I've learned from trainers this past year to head-off or manage Lorri's reactivity. Esther and Udi watch Lorri for the day or overnight a couple times per month. It seems like they're always available, and frequently have another dog for Lorri to hang out with. Esther and Udi are the best!!! I recently adopted Lily and was nervous about how she would react to going to doggy day care after being returned twice to a shelter :( I work a lot and I feel at ease knowing that Lily is well taken care of and that she is spending the time that I’m at work with all of her friends. Lily is always happy to see them during drop off! Esther is great at communicating and she always sends me pics of my crazy girl. Pet getaway is the best!! The Pet Getaway is the best place to leave your dog in Brooklyn. They take phenomenal care of your dog, and are a much better option than a big kennel. Your dog receives genuine care- is not in a cage, and receives frequent walks and playtime.
