The food is really good but unfortunately the girl they have answering the phone doesn’t seem to be fit for the job. On Friday 4/19/24 I placed an order for delivery after waiting an hour and not receiving my food, I called and she was confused and asking if it was for delivery or pick up meanwhile she had taken down my address and everything when I first called an hour ago… After going back and forth trying to figure out where my food was and hearing how confused she was I decided to just request a refund. Today 4/23/24 my coworkers decided to order and just give them a heads up of what happened last week so they don’t mess up today again, I heard her repeat the order multiple times and confirm everything (they ordered to paninis) One Philly cheesesteak and One Mozzarella and tomatoes. Really lovely place with awesome food and drink. Very friendly cashier and management. Just the problem is old people in there just sitting with cut of coffee when we want to dine! For hours they are just there!! But once they leave is when it so quite and lovely and cup of coffee from there with their muffins or freshly made cookies are delicious. The best Cafe in Brooklyn hands down! Fresh clean food, delicious and huge variety you can pick from. Coffee is fresh and tasty, all varieties of Coffee hot and cold as well as smoothies. My go to for any time of day and their delivery is also fantastic they carefully wrap and package food/drinks not even one drop leaks from drink or food when it reaches your door.
