I visited Tutti for the first time and unfortunately had a poor experience. I arrived at my scheduled 2:00pm pedicure appointment but wasnāt serviced until 2:15pm. The start felt disorganized ā a polish bottle I had selected fell and broke due to the massage chair vibration, and instead of addressing it professionally, the staff seemed annoyed.
When my service began, it felt rushed. The massage lasted only about a minute per leg, my heels werenāt smoothed, and when trimming cuticles, the technician was rough and nearly cut me. After drying for 15 minutes and being told I was āgood to go,ā my polish smudged as soon as I got home.
When I called to share feedback and find a fair resolution, the manager deflected and focused on the broken polish rather than the poor service. Despite my calm explanation, the best they offered was a 15% refund ($6).
Itās disappointing because I value small businesses and wanted to support local, but this visit showed a lack of care and accountability. I hope they take this feedback constructively to improve service quality and customer experience.
Update to my review: I wanted to clarify a few points from the ownerās response. The nail polish bottle shattered only next to my chair ā it did not ācause inconvenience to all customersā as stated. Iāve never been to a salon where a polish bottle couldnāt safely rest on the arm of a massage chair, especially since thatās where I was seated and told to place it.
I also did not request a 15% refund; I requested a 50% refund, as I would need to pay for another pedicure elsewhere to fix the rushed and uneven service I received. While I appreciated that the owner ultimately offered something, the focus of my concern was never just about the polish ā it was about the overall quality and care of the service.
Iām sharing this simply so others have a full picture of my experience. I hope future customers feel more cared for and not rushed through their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy friend and I went to Tutti; my friend had a really nice lady to do her nails but I got a Chinese guy and he's the worst. Although he did all what he should do and did it ok, you can easily tell how he didn't want to do his job by his attitude. He was rude, careless, kept talking to his colleagues about how he wanted to go home and eat, and impolitely pointed me where should I put my hands like having him do my nails was such an honor.
But this is not the worst. He kept staring at my friend's breast for so many times(she was wearing a little dress), and his Chinese colleagues knew and laughed at him about this right behind my friend.
My friend and I can speak Mandarin so we both knew what they were talking, and this is very very very ungraceful. How could you make fun of your customer's body in front of her/him? Not to mention we also heard how they described the other customers. I can't believe I even paid tips for this guy. Honestly, if you don't want to do your job, that's ok, just go home and no one forced you to do it anywayā so that you wouldn't make me so disgusted to have you do my nails.
This is the first time and definitely the last time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTutti Nails were so patient and kind with me. I showed up right at opening as a walk-in, even coming in three minutes early they let right in and started services immediately. Somebody wouldnāt be there for nail extensions for the next hour, so we took care of my eyebrows and pedicure In the meantime, the timing worked out perfectly. Jackie, who did my eyebrows and pedicure was the absolute sweetest especially after I broke the ice by joking about my Sasquatch looking eyebrows. Lee took care of my Manicure and was so patient and took her time with me. I can be a hard time sometimes fidgeting around the seat due to chronic pain. But she was the absolute kindness and didnāt make me feel out of place or unwelcome at all. She never seemed annoyed, even though I know she probably got annoyed with my fidgety self and all-in-all itās probably the best manicure I have ever gotten in my life. Iām not exaggerating. Itās a little pricey, but they do have affordable options so if you want it done right I...
