I absolutely love the store. Professional, friendly, trustworthy and much more. I will say it's the best store I’ve been to. especially German M., he help me with my iPhone 7plus. I was visiting the area for a couple months and unfortunately my iPhone photos were all disappeared and the phone was having issues and was very slow and freezing. So looking around I found this store and not knowing what to expect I was worried. However German and the other customer service guy Max were nice, kind, friendly, eager to help me. Especially German whom took me step by step as to why the phone was freezing and giving me issues and to what happened to the photos and the slowness of my phone and assisted me in fixing most issues i was having with my phone and how he was going to repair it. Thinking it was going to be expensive they actually have reasenoble prices. Even when am not close in the area, I can always call them especially German to ask any questions about anything they are willing to help over the phone. Especially that they did I great job on my iPhone, they are my go-to guys on any phones and technology devices I own. Overall I highly recommend them and especially German M.. Once again they are professional, friendly and trust worthy. GREAT JOB...

I highly recommend this location. Verizon isn’t even my service carrier, but I was sent to this location through Apple because I needed a certified technician after my phone stopped recognizing touch input. The tech was personable and professional. He spent a lot of time helping me figure out what the source of my phone’s problem was and provided me with information that helped realistically frame what my next move would need to be if I hoped to have a working phone ASAP. For a while my phone was having a problem and I couldn't figure out what it was. Within the first 3 minutes of showing him my phone, Ben figured out the issue and fixed it right away without a problem. When I asked for a specific new case and charger that I needed, within seconds he was back with the same case and the perfect color! Really so amazing and professional! One of the most professional Verizon stores I have ever been to. Can't wait...
